Michelle and I cannot agree on a direction for the logo for Map's Edge Media. I would like to enlist your help in selecting a direction: which one of the following works better for you and why? Or, if you have an opinion for either, I'd like to know that, too. (Or, do you have a better idea you'd like to volunteer?)

Date: 2009-06-17 12:56 (UTC)I think the curl could easily be swapped for a compass/globe hybrid (denoting the WWW/global aspect), and breaking up the underline so the p and g can sit freely without running into the line. If you opt to go with a compass idea, have the arrow pointing NE, to indicated forward-thinking ideas. :)
Because it would have to work for letter head, stay away from multilayered/shaded graphics, but go more for a line drawing style, allowing for the use of color in that drawing when you're displaying it online.
