Need some technical/creative help

I need an actor to bleed from the nose. 

Starting with a clean face, I want one small line of blood from one nostril, as if a valve opened in his sinuses to let a bit of blood through.  It would be ideal if there could be several seconds of clean face before the blood appears...maybe even a word or two of dialog.

Naturally, I don't want my actor to aspirate the stuff, and I don't have the wherewithal to create a fake head.

Ideas?

p.s. Yeah, it's a weird request.  Get used to it.

Ok, you want weird? I'll give you weird! When I read your post the first time, I thought you were looking for a volunteer, not a technique! And as I read it, I thought, wow, he not only wants someone willing to bleed, he's damned specific about HOW they have to bleed!
