Need some technical/creative help

I need an actor to bleed from the nose. 

Starting with a clean face, I want one small line of blood from one nostril, as if a valve opened in his sinuses to let a bit of blood through.  It would be ideal if there could be several seconds of clean face before the blood appears...maybe even a word or two of dialog.

Naturally, I don't want my actor to aspirate the stuff, and I don't have the wherewithal to create a fake head.

Ideas?

p.s. Yeah, it's a weird request.  Get used to it.

Does the camera have to be on the bleeder the whole time? Can you have it first show up on someone elses face as a reaction and then show it bleeding?

just my fist reaction but I don't know shit about this kind of stuff, really.

I'm one of those asshole directors who wants it all in one shot :)

To set the scene, our victim is sitting in a chair facing a video monitor. The villain, a beautiful young girl in this case, is behind him with one hand on his chin and another on his forehead. As she whispers in his ear - all the while applying psychic pressure - a thin line of blood runs from his nose.

It's the only indication to the audience that anything is happening to him. I want to leave the impression that she is seducing him...until we see the blood.

We won't actually watch him die. Aside from being unnecessary, I want there to be some question as to his fate.

I think it would be cool to have close ups of her "seducing" him and then pan back and see the blood...

I love the asshole director in you :)
