Jami's going to the ER
Oct. 27th, 2009 20:05This is Michelle, on Wm's account. Wm is making me something to eat before I take Jami to the ER.
Jami's fever is rising, almost 104 a little bit ago, and he's thrown up the medication to bring it down. He's also gotten much worse this afternoon in terms of congestion and coughing. I called our pediatrician's office and we were recommended to go ahead and take him in to the ER. Katie's fever is on the rise and I've given her ibuprofen and her first dose of Tamiflu. Wm is making it, but he's about done for the night. My dad is going with me and Jami and Mom is staying here to take care of Katie. Wm hopefully will go to bed so he can be functional tomorrow. So far I'm still ok and not showing any signs of illness.
Prayers welcome for all of us. That those sick will get well quickly and without complications and I won't get sick.
Oh, if you missed any earlier info - the family has kissed the pig. We got the diagnosis of H1N1 earlier today.
William's correction: the family has been kissed by the pig. We don't willingly go in for porcine-human relationships.
