1. Do you like blue cheese? Only in context with buffalo wings. Otherwise, I find the tang of the mold unpleasant; gorganzola is the same.


2. Have you ever smoked cigarettes? I smoked for nearly ten years. I started for a stage show - a character that wasn't scripted to smoke, so it was my choice - and got the taste of it. Since I have an addictive personality, it stuck. I quit in 1995.


3. Do you own a gun? Not one that functions.


4. What flavor Kool-Aid was your favorite? Fruit punch. Grape gave me headaches; I'm not sure why.


5. Do you get nervous before doctor's appointments? No. I get impatient.


6. What do you think of hot dogs? Grilled, expensive hot dogs. Oscar Meyer? Not so much. I like natural casing hot dogs. The skin needs to *pop* when I bite into it.


7. Favorite Christmas movie? As much as I like Christmas movies, Holiday Inn.


8. What do you prefer to drink in the morning? I start with iced tea, move on to cappuchino.


9. Can you do push ups? Yes.


10. What's your favorite piece of jewelry? Not much of a shiny dude.


11. Your favorite hobby? Insofar as I have hobbies...wait...no, don't have any.


12. Do you have ADD? To an extent. I am capable of remaining mightily focused, but don't often.

17. Favorite place to be? I can make myself content pretty much anywhere I am.


18. How did you bring in the new year? I welcomed 2008 praying that none of the bullets being fired into the air by my idiotic neighbors would fall the through roof and kill me or my family in our beds.


19. Where would you like to go? Would like to revisit the British Isles, specifically Wales.


20. Do you own slippers? Yes, warm lambswool slippers that I wear in the basement when I'm working from home.


21. What shirt are you wearing? Long sleeve, navy blue pullover with a mock t-shirt at the neck.


22. Do you like sleeping on satin sheets? Tried it once, and couldn't keep them on the bed. So, no.


23. Can you whistle? Yes, a tune. Can't do the shrill, attention getting 120dB whistle my father-in-law can.


24. Would you be a pirate? I 'spose.


25. What songs do you sing in the shower? Because others are usually asleep when I'm showering, I got out of the habit. On the rare occasions that I do, it's whatever song I'm working on at the time.  Right now that happens to be Hillcrest Mine.

28. What's in your pocket right now? Small pocket knife, thumb drive, and not enough change to buy a Dr.Pepper.


29. Last thing that made you laugh? My daughter, listening to herself sing on a recording I made of Hillcrest Mine.


30. Worst injury you've ever had? Several sustained after rolling a car. It nearly took my left arm off.


31. Do you love where you live? There are times when I do. Mostly, no.


32. How many TVs do you have in your house? Three.


33. Who is your loudest friend? Lezlie: she has an amp.
