Things I've learned from my four year old
Life lessons that my daughter has taught me, directly or indirectly.
- The world is an entirely different place from 36" off the ground
- Sometimes it okay to run around naked
- You don't have to know what you're doing to offer to help
- Sometimes it's more important to color the whole picture than to stay inside the lines
- The right crayon is important: choose wisely.
- The sky isn't always blue, and grass isn't always green. Roses, however, are always pink.
- Knowing the secret doesn't always spoil the fun or ruin the magic
- Life is easier when the rules are simple.
- When someone hands you a microphone, sing. no matter what.
- Sometimes a kiss is all it takes to make you feel better.
