Home from the ER

M's doctor sent us to the ER.  Amazingly, St Mary's in Blue Springs was quiet.  In and out in three hours, with a breathing treatment and chest Xrays.

Viral bronchitis, though, not pneumonia, praise be.  K will stay with M's parents until she's back on her feet enough to handle both kids, and her dad will come here during the day to help out.  I hate having to impose upon the in-laws again, but they don't seem to mind too much.  Both retired, and they love their child and grandchildren.

Seeing light at the end of the tunnel; I was feeling pretty down this morning, admittedly.  The feedback and input you've all given me help a lot.

I don't think I'd want Dr. Dee treating anyone for respiratory troubles!

Oh boy, you tried him sorely on that one; good for him that he was able to keep a straight face! M. with mood swings, love her dearly but I think I'm glad I'm four hours away.

Prednezone? Ye gods, I took that *once* and drove around my neighborhood looking for my house! And when I started a fire under a pan on the stove and went to answer the phone, walking away and leaving the stove...that was the time for me to never take it again.
