Using USB for any sort of streaming just sounds like a bad idea to me... maybe not bad, but very slowwww.

Did you know that the left side of a stage, picture, page or any other sort of dramatic media is generally considered the 'death' side? Contrarywise, the right side is the 'life' side.
It has something to do, I think, with the Christian mythos of the left being the hand reserved for Lucifer, who lost that position when one he deserved better came up.
So, I found it interesting, in an off-handed sort of way, that you are pointing towards the 'Light', which is that place where we are supposed to come back from.
That's it. I just liked the picture. The post wasn't bad either.
OH, what software do you use to pull from Dvd? I found a bit from Sourceforge called DVD Flick that seems to work fairly fast for me... but that's converting from files TO DVD format... not the same thing at all.
