A little frustrated

mapsedgeThere's a video camera for sale on EBay that I believe would go a long way toward getting my filmmaking ball rolling. It's used and a few years old, but has the capabilities that I need in a starter camera for one quarter of the present retail price - just a few hundred dollars.
Difficulty is we don't have the funds available. This is the second time it's been listed, so it's like Fate is giving me another chance. It's a deal that I feel strongly won't come around again, and I can't move on it.
