You start going off about my competence, intelligence, or ability and you're going to start dealing with a very slow, uncooperative support person who will drag your little problem out to a painful degree. I have been in computer maintenance since 1975 - you hurt Me, I might have to hurt you back - and I know how to do it so you'll end up thinking YOU did it to yourself.
I may even decide that I can't help you because "it's a Windows problem" and send you off to tilt at THAT windmill for a few days before you come crawling back with a better attitude.
