I'll give it a try

1. It's a sunny day. I may not feel like getting out and enjoying it - truth be told I feel like a medium-sized bag of shit - but it sure looks pretty from in here.
2. I'm "in here." Which is to say, I have a home and I'm working from it today. I'm twelve feet from a coffee maker, eight feet from a jug of iced tea, and fifteen steps from my bed if I need to pass out for a while.
3. Yes, everyone in the family is sick, but not dangerously so. No one is (yet) showing signs of that nasty hospital-stay-required virus that's got the CDC all in a tizzy.
There. All sort of left-handed (so to speak) positives, but positives. At least from my perspective.
