More space cleared by means of selling stuff off. Ninety yards of fabric*, one very large leather sewing machine**, and one Model 95 Ironrite ironing machine***.

I've finally got all the electronics set up, including moving the TV into the corner which required building an 18" extension onto the desk. No biggie. Now I have this Enterprise-esque control center. Every button is within - or close to - arm's reach. Once the rest of the old tables are gone, the MIDI workstation will go in and complete the half circle.

Next, the cutting "table" moves into the garage, after which I'll cut the top down to fit the drawers underneath: it will become a project bench and place to store my extensive dust mite collection. Then the fabric table goes, though whether it stays in one piece is up to some debate. Michelle wants to keep it, I could care less. That will free up almost the whole NE wall of the basement and allow a place for the treadmill to go.

Finally, the commercial serger needs a home ($800 if you're interested.) I've a half dozen pairs of tights to make for myself before I get rid of it, though. Lot of supplies and sundries to sell (thread...oh my god do I have a lot of thread.)

* Two large rolls. Thanks, T'Ger.
** A Singer 111W155. Sorry, Danny: you'll have to find someone else to fix your belt.
*** Including the original 1960 owner's manual, worth more than the actual machine.
