Anyone know the condition of the two major roads southward from KC, I35 and 71 Highway? Trying to plan the best route to Oklahoma...

I don't know how far south on I-35 you're going. But the S.W. side of OKC from about S.W. 74th to about North 12th in Moore has some road construction so there might be delays depending on what time/day you pass through.

Yes, please! I'm thinking we'll be making a stop in Emporia on the way down, but if I35 is completely destroyed by Imperial Troops masquerading as KDOT workers, then we'll try 71 and take care of the Emporia errand by post.
