Yesterday's post - about the cell phone call - generated quite a lot of response, which I enjoy. I'm afraid, however, that it may have left some readers with the very mistaken impression that I can be mean, very creatively mean.

I would like to assure these people that this is not the case. Those of you that know me well, I would appreciate it if you would stop jumping up and down and waving your arms.
