First. I have siblings, none of us are autistic and we still would have shut eachothers heads in boxes given the opportunity..probably on purpose come to think of it.
I think God isn't what many of us were raised to believe, but I do believe in the Divine. I also think we are here to learn. We seem to always be given the challenges that are the most difficult for us to overcome and that seems pretty intentional to me.
The one thing I know is that no matter the challenge I am not alone in facing it, that the Divine does walk with me. My problem is that I tend to get angry with the Divine when I am most frustrated and neither listen nor speak to the Spirit which is counterproductive.
Sometimes I think that the entire reason we are challenged is to force us to turn to God in the first place.
