Okay. Next two choices. As you already have seen if you read the rest of the comments, choice #2 was the resounding winner.  So, how about these?

Choice #1, which you've already seen:

Choice #2, incorporating a compass rose, as some of you suggested:

I do like number 2, as the heaviness of the font bespeaks a solidity and seriousness. Plus, the placement of the compass rose isn't as distractive from the name of the company as the spiral of number one many have a tendency to do.

In fact, the compass rose adds to the logo name, as it places the name on the east side, which is the side of the rising sun, the theatric side indicating life, and the hand of God that the Christ is to sit at.

Perhaps I read too much into things... but the subconscious see all sorts of connections, Bill.

I like the delicacy of number one, but not as a logo, per se. I just like curly things.

Definitely, number 2 is a letterhead subject, in my opinion.

I like the font on #1 and I really like the compass rose...combine them??

I'm going with #2 again on this set--it feels more dynamic to me. The first one is lovely, but a little tame.

I like #2 for the same reasons I liked #1 the last round.

Still like one-what about using the font you used in #2 as the font for #1, keeping the curve? Just a thought.

Number 2 is my favorite you have shown so far. I like it very much and think it is very suitable for your purpose!

I like the second, as I think it sounds better than #2.

Really it seemed more dynamic.

Of these two, I like the second one MUCH better. The heavier font has more authority, and I like the compass rose.

Number 2, and seeing the compass rose actually implemented makes me feel even better about the idea. It looks neat.

#2. I like the heavier font; if there was a bold variant of the font for #1, however, I think I'd go with that font and the #2 design.

I prefer the second of these options.

I liked the scroll better than the M-ap in the first version, but the heavier font and compass rose really sell me on the idea here. Sure, it's a little "obvious", but I think that's exactly what you want in marketing your business. :)

*nod* Definitely #2.

Jumping on the band-wagon; I like #2. It's dynamic and eye-catching. LOVE the compass rose. And I agree with Chet...

Where's the 8-track?

You promised me an 8-track!

srsly - the second of this pair looks nice.

Maybe soften the edges/corners of the font.
I like the weight, I like the placement, but the razor sharp edges jar my eye a little.
Probably just Me :)

The compass rose was executed very, very nicely and the touch of shadow lifts it off the page. Well done.

Like the compass rose, not in love with the font. Is it possible to see a few font options? (I know. So demanding.)
