This is the man who has pieced so many of us back together, physically and emotionally for so many years.
His medical expertise and professionalism are matched only by his empath skills and his genuine care for other human beings.
Those of us who have held him close for so many of these past years are damned lucky to have him in our lives.
It was partly selfishness that caused so many of us to be at his side when he was so gravely ill a few years back. We weren't about to let him go yet. And, none of us would miss the opportunity to give him back, in whatever small way we could, a little of what he has given our lives.
You got to see the real Murph, William. And we love him.
