Had a thought: watch "The Poseidon Adventure" (the 70's version). When the boat capsizes and the survivors are making their way through the boat, it reminds me a lot of what it was like working in The Royal. Dirty, hot, echo-y. All we lacked was Gene Hackman chewing the scenery...although, of course, we had Dave...
