Wow.  Wouldn't want to do that again any time soon.  Started just before lunchtime.  By 1:30, I finally had to call it quits at work and come home.  Isn't often that looking at a computer screen makes me so nauseous I have to look away or throw up.  Came home, took the Big Drugs, and laid down for an hour.  It's not gone, but is at least beaten back and I can function now.  I can feel it though, peaking over the edge of my spine like a predator waiting to spring.

On the upside, the fabric DID sell, and to the person I kind of hoped it would.  That's right, T'Ger stepped up and bought.  He left me his phone number so I called him and we chatted for, oh, half an hour.  In spite of being competitors, we've always been on good terms with one another.  He's also going to purchase what's left of the brown, as well, bless him.

It was an interesting conversation, and one that we've never been able to have.  Now that I'm out of the business, we could be as frank as we want to be, and we each learned a few things about the other's business that we didn't know before.  Where he gets his fabric, for instance, and how fast I can make a pair of tights using my method, and so on.  I've always liked the man, and enjoyed the call a lot.

Now, home, I'm working at my old desk (brought home from the office) installing Mandriva on an old workstation.  We'll see how that goes.
