[Associated Press. February 20, 2006, 16:30 GMT.] People Magazine has issued the thinnest magazine ever published. Weighing in at a svelt 32 pages, the latest issue, cover story "Britney Speaks Her Mind", features 31-1/2 pages of advertising and reader letters, and 1/2 page of interview, most of which is the reporter asking questions.

When questioned, Martha Nelson, top editor for People Magazine, said, "We decided to offer our readers something new: an issue with ZERO content. We thought having Britney Spears tell us everything she's thinking would be just the ticket." Kevin Federline could not be reached for comment, though the tabletop he was sleeping under did have some interesting graffiti carved into it, notably "It can't get any worse" and "What was I think --- oh, yeah."
