"From download to install to backup: < 5 minutes" Very simple, very easy - not.
Took 2 hours to get it; web site inaccessible. After installing, once fired up it got 99% through the backup and stalled. Told me I had to set the encoding on my LJ and gave me bogus directions on how to do that. Had to plink around LJ's helpless pages for about 20 minutes to find that nugget. Then when restarted, it told me it couldn't sync because I had logged in too many times - try back in an hour. Finally got a backup this morning.
(of course you know I'm just teasing with the 'typical IT Guy jibe)
Neat little features for analyzing your LJ once downloaded. Big analysis - it says I'm sarcastic. Who knew?
