...is a perfectly good reason to work from home. I got a call from my partner at the office telling me not to bother coming in. "Rather have you working than spending an hour driving in." Welcome news, that.

So, for the time being at least until Michelle is showered and dressed and armored against the day, I'm sitting in the dining room working.

And for you folks in Oklahoma: Gayla Peevey, the little girl who sings "I Want A Hippopotamus For Christmas" is an Oklahoma City native. She was ten when she recorded the song in 1953.
