mapsedgeNo, Daddy doesn't get sick. Sick is something that happens to other people, not to Daddy.
Okay, fine, Daddy's sick. Bleh.
The Early Winter Usual: basically a head cold and ass kicking. There was a musical gig i could have participated in tonight, but obviously that ain't happenin'. My voice is gone, and I can't hold myself upright long enough for a complete song anyway. The pharmacopial assortment I took after supper looked for quantity like the contents of a couple of broken maracas.
Those of you that know me well will understand how amazing this statement is: I slept for three hours this afternoon, and spent the rest of the evening crashed on the couch watching movies with the family; I did nothing productive from noon until now (8:38pm.)
Naturally, I can't stand that, so I'm going to put some time in on the computer while I wait for my decongestant cocktail to kick in.
