I read LJ at work.  Sometimes at home, in front of my kids.  I personally don't care what kind of content crosses my browser, but there are people around me who do.

For cryin' out-fucking-loud, if you're going to post pornographic images in your LJ entries, put them behind a cut.  Text I can blow by (so to speak); a large image of a naked, bound woman, not so much.

Yeah, I thought about that too. Personally, I put *all* images behind a cut because not everybody wants their flist to be a mile long.

As you can see by the screenshot from my PC, in my journal no such picture was or is displayed. I saw no pictures on anybody else's journal who took that meme, including yours later. I had no idea pictures were being displayed with the results.
