QUICK FADE-IN.

INT. ECU GARAGE FLOOR. DAYTIME.

A SMALL GRAY-FURRED BODY RUNS OUT OF FRAME, BARELY GLIMPSED BY THE CAMERA.

ANNOUNCER (VOICEOVER)

Did you know that the most popular bait for mice is peanut butter? And across the country, more mousetraps are baited with Jif than with any other brand. Maybe it's the creamy texture, or the rich peanutty taste. But don't take our word for it: try it for yourself and see what thousands of dead mice everywhere already know.

Choosey mousetraps choose Jif.

CUE HAPPY MUSIC. SFX OFF CAMERA: "SNAP!!!", FADE TO BLACK.

I love it! 9 flavors of wrong but all the truth.

I go the all organic route and have the RatPack go after them. They've actually rid a few homes of mice... including my own. This winter has driven many of them to look for warmer spaces.

Eight adult kills in 24 hours, and a 2-for-1 this morning, both juveniles. I made the mistake of leaving a bag of grass seed on the garage floor. I've left what there is to keep the mice busy and concentrated in one spot.

Schipperkes are supposed to be good mousers, but not Shiner. She's only useful as a weapon if you throw her.

Do you ever do any custom sewing for people? I've always wanted an old fashioned bathing costume, the kind with sleeves, a skirt, and a cap. Do you know what I mean? I was thinking the tights material you have would be good for that. They used to be made of wool, but maybe the new materials would be more comfortable and lighter.

Hiya! No, no custom sewing, not anymore. I can tell you that the cotton/lycra I've got in stock makes wonderful everyday clothing. I've got a couple t-shirts made out of it and it's wonderfully soft.

*giggle*

I realized this weekend that I SO need to introduce you to my dear friend [livejournal.com profile] smokin_man the hubby of the couple I went to visit this weekend, as well as a bunch of other Scarby folk.

You see, he writes scores for movies...and he thinks a bit like you...
