Well, that's done.
I'm ready for winter, now.
I just went over the front yard with the mower, cleaning up all the leaves from the maple, mulching them into the grass catcher. Our yard is very big, as most of you know, so I had to stop every row or less and dump. Now, the peonies have been trimmed and all the flower beds have their winter blankets of mulch.
The yard looks a little bare and desolate. Time for football.

I'm hoping for a reasonably dry stretch over the next week and a half so that I can rake the leaves. 'Course, I don't get home until Weds. night.
I also will probably need to one last mow, and I'd like to trim a few of the bushes and maybe a few limbs from the tree in the back yard.
I suppose it will all still be there in the spring if I don't get a chance to do anything before it snows.
