Hmmm...it's still August, isn't it?

The leaf there to the right is from the maple outside my office door, and many of the trees in our office complex have started to turn. Autumn has come early to Liberty.

After three or four years of cool(er), wet summers, one begins to wonder if there might be some truth to some scientists' assertions that we are actually headed into another "little ice age."

I am SO done w/ summer. Just walking down to my basement this morning & cleaning out the catbox I was dripping w/ sweat. Bleh, give me 60s, PLEASE!!!

Drove north to Mil Lacs last weekend & saw many touches of Autumn's fire on the trees & bushes. I feel like I'm starting to come back to life.
