I have never watched "Lost", though I've often thought I ought to get Season 1 on DVD just to see what all the fuss is about. However, I do know enough to understand why this is funny:

I'm not sure why this photo is particularly funny, but I think the gist is, while watching LOST, you will find that just the most unlikely things and connections pop up both on The Island and in the flashbacks of the characters. Supposedly, every single one of the "WTF?!?" moments will be explained by series end, but at this time there are a lot of unanswered questions.

I'm guessing someone thinks a cat and a watermelon coming out of the ocean onto The Island would even more confusing.
