Ugh.
I'd hoped what I was feeling yesterday wasn't what I thought I was feeling. Unfortunately, it was what I thought.
I've got some intestinal/stomach bug making me feel all junky. Can hardly function without taking a breather every quarter-hour, and of course I don't dare stray far from the bathroom. Better now than I was last night at, say, nine-ish, but that's not saying much.
b.r.a.t. diet, lots of fluids to stave off dehydration, rest.
