Monday...very much a Monday...
I feel like I was taken apart over night and reassembled badly...none of the pieces fit together well, everything creaks and grinds.
It occurred to me this morning as I was finishing a post to Bill Morris Music on Facebook: it must be odd for people who read me both on Facebook and on LJ. On Facebook I tend to keep things upbeat since that's where I promote the music, and on LJ my readers get the whole story, positive and negative. It's a sort of built-in dichotomy between public and private faces that even I find jarring from time to time.
Next weekend promises to be crazy busy. I'm hoping the week will be relatively calm leading up to it.
