8:00PM Edit: there's no sleeping, so I've done something I rarely do. I've taken an antihistamine, and not one of those pussy non-drowsy formulations, no no no. Diphenhydramine, baby!

...Holy shit, that was fast. The back of my tongue has gone numb and my lips, fingertips and toes are starting to tingle. Pulse rate's up just a tad. Sleep in my future? Hope so, although this is the best I've felt all day.
