I'm actually a little surprised I've never see it here, on LJ. But then, I'm still relatively new.

What is your favorite word?
Possibility. 2nd favorite: Potential.
What is your least favorite word?
"No." Even though I hear myself saying it quite a lot. Being the father of a five year old and a two year old will do that to you.
What turns you on creatively, spiritually, or emotionally?
Passion, and I don't just mean sexual passion.
What turns you off?
No surprise here: apathy. Whether in myself or if I observe it in someone else. (Also, Pamela Anderson's tits.)
What is your favorite curse word?
Ah, I have two. "Horseshit" is kind of fun, though in the George Carlin lexicon that would qualify as a phrase, I think. My other is "fuck." Simple, declarative, easy to say, and capable of being said at greatly explosive volume. Also, can serve as a verb, so it's multi-use.
What is your least favorite curse word?
"Cunt". There is no usage of this word that is not negative. It is a word with deliberately hurtful connotations.
What sound or noise do you love?
My children's laughter.
What sound or noise do you hate?
The sound of hesitant speech.
What profession other than your own would you like to attempt?
Movie directing, officially, with my name on the picture in that capacity.
What profession would you not like to do?
Anything having to do with civic governance at any level. I cannot maintain a lifetime of falsehoods.
If Heaven exists, what would you like to hear God say when you arrive at the Pearly Gates?
This question makes me a little melancholy, and I'm not sure why. I think, "Yes, there was a reason for it all. Come in, have a cookie, and I'll fill you in."
