6 weird things about you

Ganked from [livejournal.com profile] starwyse...

Once you are tagged you MUST write a blog entry about your 6 weird habits/things as well as state this rule clearly. In the end, you need to choose the next six people to be tagged and list their names.

  1. There is a constant dialog going on in my head, not all of it positive. That's why I don't really like silence while my hands are busy: unoccupied, my mind will begin to play out scenes, and sometimes the lines find expression out loud. Books on tape, baby!

  2. I have an almost pathological fear of being locked out...of anything. When I get out of my car at the office, you will see me pause, my hand on the open door. I'm taking inventory: keys in hand? Good. Door unlocked before I close it? Good.

  3. if I don't know how long it's been there, I find the act of picking up a damp dishrag from the bottom of a sink disgusting (especially if it's wet enough to have water running from it), but can hold a handful of large nightcrawlers without blinking.

  4. If I dream about a sexual subject, it rarely gets to the actual sex part. (Yeah, that sucks.)

  5. Musically, I hate performing unplugged, especially if I'm solo. I like the richness a mic and decent amp can give me, mostly because I don't think I'm as good as people tell me I am.

  6. I resent my father, even more that twenty years after his death, for being a pacifist instead of providing me the means to kick the collective ass of the kids who tormented me in junior high. I intend to teach my children to not only defend, but to escalate. True, violence never solved anything, but it made the room a lot quieter.
