From this morning's meeting.

"Business people respond to stress in one of two ways. They either get friendlier and more accommodating: give the customer anything they want to keep them happy. Other people get aggressive. They get the attitude, 'I'm gonna kick somebody's ass.' They think the customer needs to pay for every little thing, 'screw em.'

"William, we probably ought to keep you off the phones as much as possible."



I laughed out loud. Money Guy knows me pretty well.
