I don't want her job.

I've been working with a young woman to get a musical booking in the Downtown Lee's Summit Music in the Park.  I think this is maybe only her first or second time doing it, and she's having to really juggle. I appreciate her effort: it boils down to not booking me, a solo, acoustic Celtic act, on the same stage as a four member AC/DC tribute band.

There are only three dates left available, and, reasonably, known acts get priority. There may not be a spot for me this year, but I'm hopeful.
